Matthew is and engaging and skilled Registered Psychologist. He is an Associate Member of the Australia Psychology Society and has many years’ experience in the field working within both the public and private sectors, in education and within social welfare. Matthew provides effective therapeutic support to a range of diverse clients though works mainly with adolescents and adults.

Matthew is warm, empathic, and supportive. He aims to work collaboratively with clients assisting them reshape their experience and address areas of concern. Through identifying core values and goals, Matthew’s clients learn ways to overcome barriers in a practical ways. Matthew offers a nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process.

Matthew’s approach is flexible and client-centred, tailoring each therapeutic session to the individual and their needs. He incorporates elements of various therapeutic models into his practice including; Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness based therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
