What We Offer
Mindpy now offer an online mental health support program to keep up with the demands of our busy clients. This program offers an approachable alternative, or addition to face to face sessions at our clinic. The program is evidence based and is provided by our qualified mental health clinicians.
In between your sessions with your online or face to face therapist you have the opportunity to message an online therapist to send through any questions, get some feedback or share your thoughts.
Optional Activity Plans Each week your clinician will provide you with worksheets, practical hands-on activities to incorporate in your day-to-day life as well as sessions where you can discuss your progress. Using our worksheets/ activity plan you will explore many hands-on tools and tips which you can use in your day-to-day life. All based around building resilience, promoting mental health and self-awareness.
Live Session (30mins – premium package only)
Each week you and your online therapist can explore your progress and chat over phone or video call. Here you can discuss any questions you have and gain guidance and support.
